The hours of operation will continue to evolve as we learn what works best for you. The hours are based on injector availability as Tara also works part-time at Swedish American hospital. The hours will be updated every Sunday evening for the following week and are by appointment only. A virtual consultation with Maria, Tara’s Nurse Practitioner, must be completed before your first treatment appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice of canceling or rescheduling appointments. A no call/no show will result in requiring a $50 deposit to book another appointment.
